BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 Service Pack 5 Announced

I just received my copy of the BlackBerry Connection Newsletter where BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 Service Pack 5 has been announced.

Some of the new features include:

  • Support for HTML and Rich Text email
  • Free-busy calendar lookup
  • Download and edit email attachments in their native file formats
  • Advanced instant messaging and presence
  • BlackBerry Client for IBM® Lotus® Connections

BES v4.1 SP5 will also include BlackBerry Monitoring Service, a web based BES management solution, as well as BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager.
