Slacker Radio is now available for the BlackBerry Storm. We should probably say that Slacker for the Storm is officially available because we told you about a work around to get Slacker working on your Storm before it was actually available for the Storm back when it first came out in January.
I just installed Slacker on my BlackBerry Storm and and it works like a charm. The future of the BlackBerry Storm looks more and more promising as more applications developed specifically for it start to become more readily available.
If you have a BlackBerry Storm, head on over to Slacker.com and download yourself one of the best BlackBerry Storm specific appliations available. Best of all… It’s free…
Oh praise jeebus. Slacker is a must have application for anyone with an unlimited data plan.
I downloaded slacker radio for my storm from the slacker website, and disabled the compatibility mode once it completed. When I try to play a song a message comes up “could not get track”followed by “an error has occured please try your request later”. Any suggestions?
When you get to the site you find it’s US only!!! Thanks for wasting my time!
Im in the US MATT you jackass but thanks for wasting my time reading your dumbass answer and not helping anyone out at all. Better to have just said nothing.
Matt: He wasnt wasting your time or even commenting on your previous comment. However I find it ironic that you accuse him of wasting your time by posting an irrelevent comment while you yourself post a comment that “wastes” time. Take your own advice – “Better to have just said nothing”

When I try to down load slacker it said that I couldn’t use it and asked me to save or not to save. Something about un supported format and I do have thw storm is there something I nEed to down load or turn off or on in my settings?
I am also one disappointed international user. Downloaded and installed the app. When tuning in on a station, I was told that it only works in the US. Thanks for wasting *my* time (irony with a smile). Anyone that can give a hint on radio apps that works in Europe?
