Attention Sprint users! The BlackBerry Bold 9650 is now available from Sprint. Many are touting the 9650 as the baddest BlackBerry yet created. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen, however, you can pick up the BlackBerry Bold 9650 from Sprint for $199 after a $100 mail-in rebate on a 2-year contract or for $449.99 if you want to buy it outright.
Check out Sprint’s website for more information…
Cool, now I just need to wait till my contract is up, it does sound like a big time phone.
If only it came with OS 6…….while word on the street is that AT&T is getting the slider BB that is with OS 6…..we’ll see I guess.
I see this as a one two punch from sprint with ordering the bold now and pre orders for the evo started last friday. profit wise I see the point, but with marketing, it can get confusing I think. A BlackBerry compared to a gps….I mean the EVO.
Not to me. Many BlackBerry users aren’t interested in the bleeding edge, especially if it means interfering with whatever they are used to doing on their phones. So they will order new Bolds. The Android fans are often the bleeding edge types who think BBs are old, outdated and boring. They are either moving from WinMo or other Android phones or dumping BBs they own (if they ever owned one in the first place).
Sprint isn’t confusing anyone. The customers know more about what they want than either Sprint or any of us do.
