I own four BB, bought them few months ago for me and family, since then this has been by far the worst experience we had in the history of smartphones, i guess you made this phone so smart that all it can do is make our life miserable, we have change the square mouse about four times to each one of our phones and we have not been able to use them steady for more than 7 days. Last night i was going 80 mph, open the window and the rest you can imagine, i think i was really satisfied and realize that since I coulldnt use it anyway what t h… Just toss this pieace of garbage….. I really apreciate the experience you have provided us, thanks,I will be trying the iphone next, and will dedicate whatever life i have to comment over this POS.
