Amazon.com has a great deal going on the BlackBerry Storm from Verizon. It will set you back $99 with no rebates if you sign up to a two year service aggrement. This is, by far, the best Verizon BlackBerry Storm deal that I’ve seen, so, if you’ve been waiting for the price of the Storm to come down, your wait is over.

If RIM can just put out a stable OS addressed some of the battery life issues the BlackBerry Storm might make a little bit of noise selling for under $10o.
There is definitely some nice software specficially for the Storm coming out and it looks like RIM is going to make it easy for developers to make money off of their wares.
I wouldn’t write the Storm off just yet…
$99 dollar fire sale. Could this be all the refurb stock from all those that were returned?

The only way RIM might salvage the Storm is of course better software AND sell it unbranded for a decent price, using the multiple radio’s for benefit. Also adding or activating wifi (is it in there but just verizon’ed off?) which is a funny thing to be missing on a flagship smartphone.
